Blepharoplasty (upper or lower eyelid surgery) is an operation to achieve a rejuvenated, more wide-awake look around the eyes. It can be performed on upper and/or lower eyelids.

A facelift is an operation performed to improve your face and neck to a natural, more youthful looking state. The procedure is best suited to treating the lower half of the face. It addresses the deepening folds running from the corner of your nose to your mouth (the nasolabial folds), sagging jowls, wrinkles and a sagging neck.

Fat transfer (or fat grafting) is a dynamic procedure which has gained immense popularity for correcting contour defects in various parts of the body. The technique involves aspirating fat through a special small diameter cannulae. The fat is then treated to remove oil and excess water. This leaves concentrated fat cells which are gently re-injected to fill out the desired area.

Otoplasty, also known as prominent ear correction, pinnaplasty and bat ear correction, is a surgical procedure that is performed to move the ears into a more natural looking position closer to the head.

Ear piercings can stretch and occasionally result in a tear of the earlobe. Some patients have deliberately stretched their earlobes (tribal ears) but now wish this repaired. For both scenarios, repairing the deformity is a short procedure under local anaesthetic but needs to be performed properly so that healing does not occur with an indentation. The procedure can be performed as an out-patient procedure.
